Council Facilitating Services have been providing quality facilitation and consultation since our founding in 2004. It is our mission to treat every application as it were our own. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to provide a professional and efficient service to our clients and use our experience and knowledge to give you the best advice possible for your building project.
The Team

Deal with owners, architects, engineers, attorneys and any other relavant
professionals on a project
Prepare all required documentation and applications for owners,
neighbours, Banks etc.
Deal with Council staff when there are serious issues
Pre-scrutinize all plans upfront and advise Architects of most basic changes
or requirements on the plans, before submission
Advise owners and architects of all requirements in order to be able to submit
to Council

Deal with Council on a daily basis
Do the necessary circulation of plans to Roads, Water, and which ever other
departhents that are required on the various applications
Follow up on applications and building plans
Collect copies of existing plans and town planning approvals
Do all submissions and payments to Council departments
